Battle of the Dens is coming up quick - it's less than two weeks away!

With that knowledge, everyone who wants to get the full experience should start preparing for the weekend now. Check your weapons, make something new, and don't forget the camping gear. But, also, appraise yourself of the rules for the battlegames all weekend.

Particularly - this year, we're running a very special game on the Friday evening, to start at 5pm - The Bridge Battle for the Booty. The top two teams out of this game get to personally pick their teams for the CTF from all the pre-regged players. After the game, the two teams will work with the War'o'Crat and Reeve'o'Crat to pick their teams leading into Saturday. Stragglers, and players who haven't pre-regged will be assigned to teams by the two 'Crats before CTF starts.

So, get your teams ready, and don't be late! The winning team will get first pick, as well as being able to choose which base is theirs (Forest vs. Eagle's Point), while the second place team will still be able to be involved in picking who fights alongside them.

See you all soon!

Also, forgot to mention that the Company Battle is no longer ransom. Any company with an appropriate flag and sufficient numbers will be allowed to field.

Just to clarify, Sufficient numbers is three people or more correct?

Three members is the standard - I can say with probably 99% certainty that it's what Ausric is going with.

As Sean mentioned, that would be correct Smiley

Do I need to pre-register for BotD?  If so how do I go about it?

Yeah, what Lars said is correct - there's no need to pre-register for the event in general. I more meant that the top two teams will get to pick from people who have signed up at Troll for the CTF by Troll Closing on Friday night.
